Özet
Kaça Giderim, bir yolculuğun yakıt (ya da şarj), köprü, otoyol, tünel ve feribot dahil kaça mal olacağını hesaplayan bir uygulamadır. Hesap veya giriş yoktur; adınızı, e-postanızı ya da telefon numaranızı istemeyiz. Konumunuz arka planda izlenmez, yalnızca siz istediğinizde okunur. Rota ve şehir içi toplu taşıma hesabı için sunucumuza yalnızca kalkış ve varış noktalarının koordinatları, araç sınıfı ve çıkış saati gider; bu istekler kimliğinize bağlanmaz ve bizde kalıcı olarak saklanmaz, sonuçlar yalnızca kısa süre geçici önbellekte kalır. Harita sağlayıcımız HERE kendi gizlilik politikasına göre kayıt tutabilir. Kaydettiğiniz yolculuklar ve araçlar yalnızca telefonunuzda durur.

İşlenen veriler
- Konum — yalnızca "Konumumu kullan"a dokunduğunuzda ve konum izni verdiyseniz okunur. Kalkış noktanızı ve çıkış ilinizi (yakıt fiyatı için) bulmak amacıyla telefonda kullanılır. Konumunuz tek başına sunucumuza gönderilmez; yalnızca rota istediğinizde kalkış noktası olarak rota isteğinin içinde yer alır.
- Rota ve toplu taşıma isteği — "Yola çık" ya da "Hesapla"ya bastığınızda kalkış ve varış koordinatları, araç sınıfı (ör. otomobil, hafif ticari) ve çıkış saati. Şehir içi toplu taşıma süresini hesaplarken de aynı koordinatlar ve çıkış saati gönderilir.
- Adres arama metni — arama kutusuna yazdığınız adres ya da yer adı. iPhone'da bu arama Apple Haritalar ile, Android'de HERE ile yapılır.
- Telefonda kalan kayıtlar — seçtiğiniz araçlar, kayıtlı araçlarınız, yolculuklarınız ve premium durumu. Bunlar bize gönderilmez.
- Reklam verileri — premium değilseniz Google AdMob'un reklam sunmak için işlediği cihaz verileri (aşağıda "Reklamlar" başlığına bakın).
Toplamadığımız veriler
- Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, hesap veya giriş bilgisi yok.
- Ödeme bilgisi yok; satın alma tamamen Apple ya da Google üzerinden yapılır.
- Rehber, fotoğraf veya mikrofon erişimi yok.
- Arka planda konum takibi yok; konum yalnızca uygulama açıkken ve siz istediğinizde okunur.
Verileri hangi amaçla işliyoruz
- Kalkış ve varış arasındaki yolları, süreyi ve köprü, otoyol, tünel ve feribot ücretlerini bulmak.
- Çıkış ilinize göre ortalama yakıt fiyatını seçmek ve yolculuk tutarını hesaplamak.
- Yazdığınız adresi haritada bulmak.
- Premium değilseniz reklam göstermek.
Bu işlemler, istediğiniz hizmeti sunabilmemiz için gereklidir (KVKK md. 5/2-c ve 5/2-f). Reklam kimliğinin kullanımı ise yalnızca izninize dayanır (KVKK md. 5/1); iOS'ta "Uygulama Takibi" (ATT) izni, Avrupa Birliği'nde ise reklam onay ekranı üzerinden sorulur.
Üçüncü taraflar ve aktarım
- Cloudflare — rota, toplu taşıma ve Android adres arama istekleri, Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan ara sunucumuzdan geçer. Ara sunucu bu istekleri kalıcı olarak saklamaz ve bir kimliğe bağlamaz; aynı isteğin tekrar tekrar gönderilmemesi için yalnızca kısa süreli önbellek tutulur (rota 15 dakika, toplu taşıma 30 dakika, adres araması 1 gün).
- HERE Technologies — rotaları, ücretleri ve Android'de adres önerilerini hesaplar. HERE'ye istek bizim ara sunucumuz üzerinden gider; telefonunuz HERE'ye doğrudan bağlanmaz. - Apple App Store ve Google Play — premium satın alma bu mağazalar üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz.
Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir. Bu nedenle rota ve arama istekleri, hizmetin sunulabilmesi için yurt dışına aktarılabilir.
"Yol tarifi al" ile Apple Haritalar, Google Haritalar ya da Yandex Haritalar'ı açtığınızda varış noktası o uygulamaya aktarılır; bundan sonrası o uygulamanın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Premium olmayan kullanıcılara Google AdMob üzerinden geçiş reklamı gösterilir. Rotanızı, konumunuzu veya kayıtlarınızı Google ile paylaşmayız. AdMob, reklam sunmak, sıklığı sınırlamak ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için kendi adına cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü, IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık bölge gibi teknik bilgileri işleyebilir. Reklam kimliği ancak izin verirseniz kullanılır (iOS'ta ATT izni, AB'de reklam onayı). İzin vermezseniz uygulama aynı şekilde çalışır. Premium'da reklam gösterilmez. Saklama süresi
- Rota, toplu taşıma ve adres arama isteklerini kalıcı olarak saklamıyoruz; ara sunucudaki geçici önbellek rota için 15 dakika, toplu taşıma için 30 dakika, adres araması için 1 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Harita sağlayıcımız HERE'nin kendi kayıtları onun gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
- Uygulama bir hatayla karşılaşırsa sunucumuza gönderilen teknik hata kaydı (hata mesajı, teknik iz, uygulama sürümü ve platform) 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir; bu kayıtta konum, rota ya da kimlik bilgisi yoktur.
- Yolculuklarınız ve araçlarınız siz silene ya da uygulamayı kaldırana kadar telefonunuzda durur. Telefonunuzun iCloud ya da Google cihaz yedeği açıksa bu kayıtlar o yedeğe de girer.
- Bizde sizinle ilişkilendirilmiş kalıcı bir kayıt tutulmaz.
Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarara uğradıysanız tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi info@umaiapps.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Kayıtlarınız yalnızca telefonunuzda durduğu için bunları uygulama içinden ya da uygulamayı silerek kendiniz de silebilirsiniz. Konum iznini istediğiniz zaman telefonunuzun ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama genel kullanıcı kitlesine yöneliktir. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır; değişiklik tarihi en üstte yazar.

Summary
Kaça Giderim calculates what a trip will cost, including fuel (or charging), bridge, motorway, tunnel and ferry fees. There are no accounts and no sign-in; we never ask for your name, email or phone number. Your location is not tracked in the background; it is read only when you ask. To calculate a route or a city transit option, only the start and destination coordinates, the vehicle class and the departure time are sent to our server; these requests are not linked to you and we do not store them permanently, and results stay in a short-lived cache only. Our map provider, HERE, may keep records under its own privacy policy. The trips and vehicles you save stay on your phone.
Data controller
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Umai Works. You can reach us at info@umaiapps.com.
Data we process
- Location — read only when you tap "Konumumu kullan" (Use my location) and only if you have granted permission. It is used on your phone to find your starting point and your departure province (for the fuel price). Your location is never sent to our server on its own; it is included only as the start point of a route request you make.
- Route and transit request — when you tap "Yola çık" (Go) or "Hesapla" (Calculate): the start and destination coordinates, the vehicle class (e.g. car, light commercial) and the departure time. The same coordinates and departure time are sent when a city transit option is calculated.
- Address search text — the address or place name you type into the search box. On iPhone the search is done with Apple Maps, on Android with HERE.
- Records kept on your phone — selected vehicles, saved vehicles, your trips and premium status. These are not sent to us.
- Advertising data — if you are not premium, device data processed by Google AdMob to serve ads (see "Ads" below).
Data we do not collect
- No name, email, phone number, account or sign-in details.
- No payment details; purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
- No access to contacts, photos or the microphone.
- No background location tracking; location is read only while the app is open and only when you ask.
Why we process data
- To find routes, travel time and bridge, motorway, tunnel and ferry fees between your start and destination.
- To pick the average fuel price for your departure province and calculate the trip cost.
- To find the address you type on the map.
- To show ads if you are not premium.
This processing is necessary to provide the service you request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f). Use of the advertising identifier relies only on your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), asked through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS and through the ad consent form in the European Union.
Third parties and transfers
- Cloudflare — route, transit and Android address search requests pass through our proxy server running on Cloudflare. The proxy does not store these requests permanently and does not link them to any person; it keeps only a short-lived cache so the same request is not sent again and again (routes 15 minutes, transit 30 minutes, address searches 1 day).
- HERE Technologies — calculates routes, fees and, on Android, address suggestions. Requests reach HERE through our proxy; your phone does not connect to HERE directly. HERE may log the requests that reach it under its own privacy policy; the retention period and purpose are governed by HERE's policy. HERE privacy notice

- Google AdMob — shows interstitial ads to non-premium users. Details below.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — the premium purchase is made through these stores. Your payment details never reach us.
These providers' servers may be located outside Turkey, so route and search requests may be transferred abroad in order to provide the service.
When you open Apple Maps, Google Maps or Yandex Maps with "Yol tarifi al" (Get directions), the destination is handed to that app; from then on, that app's own privacy policy applies.
Ads (Google AdMob)
Non-premium users see interstitial ads through Google AdMob. We never share your route, location or records with Google. AdMob may process, on its own behalf, technical information such as device type, OS version and approximate region derived from the IP address to serve ads, cap frequency and prevent fraud. The advertising identifier is used only if you allow it (ATT permission on iOS, ad consent in the EU). If you do not, the app works exactly the same. Premium shows no ads. Retention
- We do not permanently store route, transit or address search requests; the proxy's temporary cache expires on its own after 15 minutes for routes, 30 minutes for transit and 1 day for address searches. Any records HERE keeps are governed by HERE's own privacy policy.
- If the app hits an error, the technical error record sent to our server (error message, stack trace, app version and platform) is deleted automatically after 30 days; it contains no location, route or identity data.
- Your trips and vehicles stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. If your phone's iCloud or Google device backup is on, these records are included in that backup.
- We keep no permanent record linked to you.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation for damage. Send your requests to info@umaiapps.com. Because your records live only on your phone, you can also delete them yourself in the app or by uninstalling it. You can turn off location permission at any time in your phone's settings.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
